Shelby County Maintenance and Coroner’s Facility, Shelbyville — As part of a larger team, American Structurepoint was selected to provide architectural services for the development of a new Shelby County maintenance and coroner’s facility. The project includes planning and design for a county maintenance and storage building, as well as a coroner’s facility with office space, autopsy capabilities, evidence storage, body storage, and support spaces to meet operational and accreditation requirements. The project will be developed through a public-private partnership and may also include supporting site infrastructure, parking, utility improvements, and stormwater facilities.

Soo Locks Maintenance Storage Building Window Replacement, Sault Ste. Marie — As part of a larger team, American Structurepoint was selected to provide architectural and structural design services for the replacement of windows at the Soo Locks Maintenance Storage Building, a contributing structure within the Soo Locks National Historic Landmark. The project includes the design of replacement windows that meet historic preservation requirements while improving energy efficiency and complying with antiterrorism and force protection standards.

Indiana

Crown Hill Cemetery Master Planning, Indianapolis — As part of a larger team, American Structurepoint was selected to provide civil/site engineering support services for the master planning of Crown Hill Cemetery. The project includes stormwater management and utility assessments, planning-level utility layouts, and technical support to help guide the future development and preservation of the historic cemetery.

Elanco One Health District, Indianapolis — As part of a larger team, American Structurepoint was selected to provide ALTA/NSPS land title and topographic surveying services for the approximately 72-acre Elanco One Health District. The project includes property research, boundary and topographic surveying, utility mapping, and development of survey data to support the conceptual master planning effort.

Township Line Road Multifamily Development, Indianapolis — American Structurepoint was selected to provide civil engineering services for a proposed multifamily development on approximately 40 acres at 8001 Township Line Road. The project includes approximately 500 apartment units, as well as amenities such as a clubhouse, pool, playground, entertainment pavilion, detached garages, and a bark park.

4056 East Main Street Redevelopment, Hilliard — As part of a larger team, American Structurepoint was selected to provide civil engineering services for the redevelopment of the former bank property at 4056 East Main Street in downtown Hilliard. The project will support the transformation of the site into a high-quality, community-focused development that aligns with the city’s long-term vision for Old Hilliard and enhances the downtown corridor.

Chase Mixed-Use Redevelopment, Hilliard — American Structurepoint was selected to provide civil engineering services for the redevelopment of the former Chase Bank property at 4056 Main Street in Old Hilliard. The mixed-use project includes new commercial buildings, site improvements, parking, utility infrastructure, stormwater management, and coordination of key site access and utility modifications. The redevelopment is intended to support continued investment and revitalization within Hilliard’s downtown historic district.

Eakin Road Apartments, Columbus — American Structurepoint was selected to provide civil engineering, permitting, and construction administration services for the Eakin Road Apartments development in Columbus. The project includes the development of a new 255-unit multifamily community on approximately 19.2 acres featuring a clubhouse, pool, playground, bark park, walking trail, detached garages, stormwater facilities, and other amenities. Services include site planning, grading and drainage design, utility infrastructure, stormwater management, traffic coordination, permitting, and support through construction. The project will also support the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) 4% LITC program requirements and help deliver additional affordable housing opportunities within the Columbus market.

Springboro Public Works Facility, Springboro — As part of a larger team led by KZF Design, American Structurepoint was selected to provide civil engineering, due diligence, and master planning services for a new City of Springboro Public Works Facility. The project includes site feasibility analysis, utility and infrastructure assessments, zoning and land-use evaluations, conceptual site planning, stormwater management planning, and preparation of preliminary construction cost estimates to support development of a new municipal operations campus designed to accommodate future growth and expanded city services.

Sycamore Landing Multifamily Development, Grove City — American Structurepoint was selected to provide civil engineering services, permitting, and construction administration services for the Sycamore Landing multifamily development in Grove City. The project includes site development for a 216-unit residential community featuring stormwater management facilities, utility extensions, roadway improvements, parking, pedestrian amenities, recreational facilities, and associated permitting and infrastructure design. Our team will provide site compliance, planning, grading and drainage design, sanitary sewer and water service design, landscape planning, and construction-phase support.

INDOT RFP 2608 Item 04 On-Call Construction Inspection Services, LaPorte District — American Structurepoint was selected to provide on-call construction inspection services for the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) LaPorte District. The contract includes construction inspection, materials testing, quantity documentation, field record maintenance, project reporting, and construction administration support for transportation projects throughout the district. Services will support roadway, bridge, and infrastructure contracts on an as-needed basis, with staff working under INDOT direction to help deliver projects safely, efficiently, and in compliance with state and federal requirements.

Unified Development Ordinance, Tipton County — American Structurepoint will develop a Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) for the County by evaluating existing regulations, identifying modernization opportunities, establishing the ordinance framework, drafting code updates, facilitating stakeholder and public engagement, and supporting adoption. Our team will deliver an adoption-ready ordinance that improves regulatory consistency, streamlines development processes, and provides a modern framework to guide future growth and development.

Ohio

Lake Township Economic Development Study, Stark County — American Structurepoint was selected by the Stark County Regional Planning Commission to prepare an economic development study for Lake Township and the Village of Hartville. The study will evaluate land use, transportation, utility infrastructure, economic development opportunities, and community assets to develop an implementation-focused strategy that supports business growth, improves connectivity, guides future investment, and positions the community for long-term economic success. The effort will also identify funding-ready projects and create a roadmap for future development and transportation improvements.

Zoning, Development, and Related Regulatory Code Modernization Services, Ottawa — American Structurepoint was selected to assist the Village of Ottawa with the modernization of its zoning and development regulations. The project includes a comprehensive review of existing ordinances, stakeholder and public engagement, development of a new unified development ordinance, updates to zoning and land-use standards, and modernization of development review procedures to create a clear, user-friendly, and legally defensible regulatory framework that supports the village’s long-term growth and development goals.

Florida

I-75 Widening from Golden Gate Parkway to Corkscrew Road, Collier and Lee Counties — As part of the Prince Contracting team, American Structurepoint was selected to serve as lead designer for a major design-build project that will widen approximately 18.5 miles of Interstate 75 between Golden Gate Parkway and Corkscrew Road. The project is a key component of the moving Florida Forward program and is intended to enhance regional mobility, improve hurricane evacuation capacity, and increase long-term safety and operational efficiency throughout Southwest Florida.

Continuing Contract for Professional Municipal Engineering Services, Lakeland — American Structurepoint was selected to provide continuing municipal engineering services for the City of Lakeland. The on-call contract includes transportation engineering, roadway and intersection improvements, drainage and stormwater management, utility infrastructure, water and wastewater systems, planning, structural engineering, construction-phase services, and grant support. The team will assist the city in implementing infrastructure improvements identified in its comprehensive plan while supporting long-term mobility, resiliency, safety, and economic development goals.

TPK (SR 91) Oakland Park Boulevard Interchange, Broward County — American Structurepoint was selected to provide design services for a new interchange on Oakland Park Boulevard along Florida’s Turnpike (SR 91). The project includes new ramp connections, realignment of Rock Island Road, bridge improvements, drainage and utility coordination, traffic control planning, environmental permitting, and public involvement support. The new interchange is intended to improve regional mobility, enhance access, and support future transportation improvements while maintaining safety and operational performance.

Illinois

IDOT PTB 220 Item 45, Various Phase I/II Projects, Region Three/District 5 — As part of a larger team led by Kaskaskia Engineering Group, American Structurepoint was selected to provide Phase I and Phase II engineering services for transportation projects throughout IDOT District Five. The on-call contract includes roadway and bridge rehabilitation projects, hydraulic and drainage studies, geotechnical investigations, traffic signal design, surveying, right-of-way services, and preparation of construction plans, specifications, and estimates. The program supports a variety of transportation improvements, including resurfacing, bridge repairs and replacements, roadway widening, and safety enhancements across central Illinois.

Indiana

Scour Protection (Erosion) on SR 67 over Brooks Creek, Greenfield District — American Structurepoint was selected to provide engineering, environmental, surveying, utility coordination, and permitting services for a scour protection project on SR 67 over Brooks Creek. The project will support maintenance activities at the bridge including access for repainting existing steel piles and evaluating erosion protection measures to improve long-term structural resilience and reduce scour-related risks.

West Park Drive Improvements from Victory Noll Drive to SR 9/US 24, Huntington — American Structurepoint was selected to provide Phase 2 design services for improvements to West Park Drive between Victory Noll Drive and SR 9/US 24 in Huntington. The project will rehabilitate this key east-west corridor, improve drainage, and add a multi-use path connecting Memorial Park with the Forks of the Wabash Trailhead. Services include roadway design, environmental documentation, utility coordination, right-of-way engineering, public involvement, and permitting while carefully balancing impacts to nearby historic, environmental, and recreational resources.

This project continues American Structurepoint’s work on the corridor following completion of Phase 1 planning and environmental efforts, providing continuity as the project advances toward implementation. 

Nebraska

ACCEL-NE Regional Infrastructure Accelerator Program, Statewide — American Structurepoint was selected to provide Project Management Consultant (PMC) services for the Accelerating Critical Connections for Elevating Livability in Nebraska (ACCEL-NE) Regional Infrastructure Accelerator program for the Nebraska Department of Transportation (NDOT). Serving in a program leadership role, the team will help establish and manage the statewide accelerator, including governance development, project screening and prioritization, innovative finance strategies, alternative delivery evaluations, financial modeling, and implementation planning. The PMC-led program is designed to advance regionally significant transportation projects from concept to implementation while building long-term institutional capacity, expanding access to federal funding opportunities, and creating a sustainable framework for future infrastructure investment across Nebraska.

Ohio

2026 Bridge Inspections, Geauga Park District — American Structurepoint was selected to provide bridge inspection services for three trail bridges within the Geauga Park District system. The project includes routine inspections in accordance with the ODOT Manual of Bridge Inspection, condition assessments of structural elements, and documentation to support the district’s ongoing maintenance, safety, and asset management efforts.

2026-2030 Transportation and Infrastructure On-Call Services, City of Hilliard — American Structurepoint was selected to provide multidisciplinary transportation engineering services for the City of Hilliard through its 2026-2030 professional services program. The contract includes transportation planning, roadway and intersection design, pedestrian and bicycle mobility improvements, traffic engineering, bridge design, surveying, environmental services, utility coordination, and construction support. The on-call program will help advance the city’s transportation, safety, connectivity, and infrastructure improvement initiatives over the next several years.

Eastside Industrial Connector Feasibility Study and Alternative Evaluation Report, Lancaster — American Structurepoint was selected to provide planning and engineering services for the Eastside Industrial Connector in Lancaster. The project includes the development of a feasibility study and alternative evaluation report to advance a proposed connector route that will improve access to the city’s eastside industrial area, reduce truck traffic through downtown, improve mobility and safety, and support future economic development. The effort builds upon a planning study completed in 2023 and will help position the project for future funding and implementation.

Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail Improvements, Stark County — American Structurepoint was selected to provide design and environmental services for improvements to the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail between Canal Fulton and Massillon. The project will resurface approximately eight miles of existing trail with asphalt to enhance accessibility, safety, and the user experience for pedestrians and bicyclists along this nationally significant recreational corridor. Services include trail design, environmental documentation, utility coordination, drainage evaluation, public involvement, and coordination with ODOT through the Local Public Agency process, while minimizing impacts to historic canal features and surrounding environmental resources.

This project will improve connectivity and long-term durability along a key segment of the regional trail network while supporting continued recreational use and tourism throughout Stark County.

On-Call Professional Services Program, Village of Galena — American Structurepoint was selected to provide on-call professional engineering services for the Village of Galena, including roadway and multimodal transportation, traffic engineering, bridge engineering, planning, utility infrastructure, environmental services, and municipal engineering support. The program will assist the village with transportation planning, roadway and intersection improvements, pedestrian and bicycle facilities, grant funding assistance, plan review, and capital improvement projects to support continued growth, safety, mobility, and infrastructure investment throughout the community.  

Professional Design Services On-Call Contract, Cleveland Metroparks — American Structurepoint was selected to provide multidisciplinary transportation and design services for projects throughout the Cleveland Metroparks system. The contract includes planning, civil and transportation engineering, trail and pedestrian facility design, bridge and structural engineering, environmental services, surveying, ADA compliance, and construction support for parks, trails, roadway improvements, recreational facilities, and connectivity projects across the Metroparks network. The team will support a wide range of capital improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing visitor experience, accessibility, safety, and regional trail connections.

Safe Streets for All (SS4A) Comprehensive Safety Action Plan, Warren County — American Structurepoint, in partnership with TEC Engineering, was selected to develop a countywide Safe Streets for All (SS4A) Comprehensive Safety Action Plan for the Warren County Transportation Improvement District. The project includes crash and transportation safety analyses, identification of high-injury corridors and intersections, public engagement, project prioritization, and development of implementation-ready safety recommendations to reduce fatalities and serious injuries while positioning the county for future federal safety funding opportunities.

State Road (SR 94) Sidewalks (PID No. 125886), North Royalton — American Structurepoint was selected to provide engineering design services for new pedestrian facilities along State Road (SR) 94 in North Royalton. The project includes the design of a new sidewalk on the east side of SR 94 between Wallings Road and Lisa Lane, improving pedestrian safety, accessibility, and connectivity. Services include roadway and drainage design, utility coordination, surveying, environmental documentation, ADA-compliant improvements, and coordination with ODOT through the Local Public Agency process.

Statewide Roadway Rehabilitation Program, Ohio Department of Natural Resources — American Structurepoint was selected to provide multidisciplinary engineering services for roadway rehabilitation projects throughout properties managed by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. The program includes roadway design, drainage and hydraulic engineering, structural analysis, surveying, environmental permitting, geotechnical services, and construction administration to support the rehabilitation and long-term performance of transportation infrastructure across Ohio.

University of Cincinnati Transportation and Infrastructure Services Prequalification Program, Cincinnati — American Structurepoint was selected for the University of Cincinnati professional services prequalification list, providing transportation and civil engineering expertise to support future campus infrastructure improvements. Services include transportation planning, roadway and pedestrian facility design, traffic engineering, utility coordination, stormwater management, site civil engineering, and campus accessibility improvements. The multidisciplinary team will assist the university with planning, design, and implementation of projects that enhance safety, mobility, connectivity, and long-term campus development.

Fremont SS4A Multimodal Safety Improvements, Fremont — American Structurepoint is leading Fremont’s SS4A initiative to improve safety, accessibility, and connectivity along two key corridors. Through planning, public engagement, traffic analysis, utility coordination, and final design, the team is advancing multimodal improvements that support downtown revitalization, reduce conflicts, and deliver safer transportation options for all users.

Texas

Continuing Professional Services Contract, City of Richardson — American Structurepoint was selected to provide continuing professional engineering services for the City of Richardson in the areas of roadway design, storm drainage services, and traffic engineering and planning. The contract supports transportation and infrastructure improvements throughout the city, including roadway reconstruction, intersection upgrades, traffic operations and safety studies, drainage and stormwater improvements, multimodal facilities, and corridor planning. The team will provide planning, design, and engineering support focused on cost-effective solutions within Richardson’s built urban environment while minimizing right-of-way impacts, utility conflicts, and community disruption.

Kibler Pump Station Inflow and Infiltration Study, Akron — American Structurepoint was selected to provide an inflow and infiltration (I/I) study for the Kibler Pump Station sanitary sewer system in Akron. The project includes flow monitoring, hydraulic modeling, sewer capacity evaluations, and identification of wet-weather inflow and infiltration sources within the pump station sewershed. The study will help the city evaluate downstream sewer capacity, improve system reliability, support future development, and prioritize cost-effective infrastructure improvements.
